Eligibility & account responsibility

You agree to provide accurate contact and purchase information and to use the site and services only for lawful purposes. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or limit access if we believe there is fraud, abuse, or misuse of our content or services.​

Purchases, delivery, and all-sales-final

ShiftMaven Press sells digital products (including ebooks and PDFs) and digital services (including publishing packages and add-ons). Digital products may be delivered immediately or via link/email; services are delivered in accordance with the timeline described on the site and/or in the publishing agreement.​

Refund rules are set forth in the Returns & Refunds Policy, and some offers (such as mentoring) may have different refund rules listed on their own terms page.​

Intellectual property (site content + downloads)

Unless stated otherwise, ShiftMaven Press owns the website content, branding, design, and original materials offered for download or delivery, and they are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use purchased downloads for your personal use (or internal business use where applicable), but you may not copy, resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute them.​

Mentoring and publishing boundaries

ShiftMaven Press provides education, guidance, and creative services related to publishing and related digital offerings; outcomes may vary based on factors beyond our control. No specific results (including sales, rankings, income, or platform approvals) are guaranteed.​

For mentoring, the Mentoring Terms & Agreement apply (including scheduling, package window, and conduct rules).​
